Topnotch International Construction (TIC) is a Business registered in Georgetown Guyana. Founder Mr. Sase Persaud, also the founder and CEO of Topnotch Electrical (TEC), a Certified Sustainability Company registered in the State of New York City and Nassau County, Long Island, USA, with more than 25 years of experience has serviced these regions, specializing in integrating sustainability into the design, installation and maintenance of electrical power systems.
TEC has been implementing and enforcing all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards along with the latest NEC(National Electric Code) changes. Its commitment to providing the best and most efficient solutions to clients is evident by its designation as an NYC Sustainable Contractor.
In Guyana, we are collaborating with partnering company Trivolt Energy, a registered company in Georgetown, Guyana with over 15 years of Commercial and Industrial experience and a highly trained and qualified team of (6) Electrical Mechanics. They have worked with some of the main General Contractors in Georgetown on various projects.
TIC is dedicated to providing superior electrical services – from residential and commercial construction to maintenance and 24-hour emergency service.
TIC is able to provide all electrical contractor services; from industrial plants and building sites to retail stores, from offices to factories, and from new construction projects to, of course, your home.

Our management team TOPNOTCH INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION is led by Sase Persaud, President and CEO with over 30 years in the Sustainable Electrical Industry as a NYC Master Electrician.
Sase is the President/CEO of Topnotch Electrical Corp. (N.Y) from 2003 to Present. With a rich and diverse background including 27 years at Fortune 100 media conglomerate CBS, the World Trade Center in NYC managing and maintaining High Tension (13,600 Volts) equipment. He also worked for over 30 years plus 2 years with the United Nations Development Programme.
As the gold standard in green building certifications, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a standout. Sase has taken his career to the next level with LEED AP professional credentials from US Green Building Council (USGBC). With his LEED AP credentials, Sase has demonstrated his proficiency in today’s sustainable design, construction and operations standards.
With experience in the design, instillation and maintenance of electrical systems Mr. Persaud has even maintained himself the integrity of the Electrical Infrastructure, which was comprised of Standby Generators, Switch Gears, UPS, ATS, VFDs and Power Distribution Centers at the CBS Broadcast Center and The World Trade Center in NYC, trouble-shooting and expeditiously resolving all Electrical issues pertaining to Broadcast Operations including News and other regular programming. From his days at CBS, he has strived to provide 24/7 immediate response and it is one of the main focuses of our company.
Skilled in the installation, maintenance troubleshooting and repair of complex Electrical distribution systems for construction projects, finding root causes of issues and resolutions, using a range of diagnostic devices and providing an exemplary level of customer service in the Residential, Commercial and Industrial industries.
